Job Description

1. Candidates should possess 1-2 years of experience in Immigration Sales,

2. Handling incoming inquiries via phone and email.

3. Capable of making a minimum of 60-100 calls per day.

4. Primary responsibilities include overseeing a large volume of Immigration cases.

5. Supervise a diverse range of immigration matters, such as work permits, permanent residency, visit visas, and family sponsorship applications.

6. Offer comprehensive immigration guidance to clients, ensuring compliance with existing immigration laws and policies.

7. Deliver top-tier immigration advisory services to clients.

8. Conduct client consultations, evaluate eligibility, and suggest appropriate immigration options tailored to individual circumstances.

9. Meet with potential and existing clients to determine their service needs.

10. Assist clients in identifying suitable solutions for their needs.

11. Prepare and present invoices and service agreements.

12. Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and loyalty


Requirements

1. In-depth Knowledge of Immigration Laws and Regulations: Comprehensive understanding of various immigration laws, policies, and procedures for countries like Canada, Australia, New Zealand, and others.

2. Client Management: Strong ability to manage client relationships, provide personalized advice, and ensure client satisfaction throughout the immigration process.

3. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey information to clients and colleagues, and to prepare detailed reports and documentation.

4. Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to analyze complex situations and provide effective solutions to clients facing immigration challenges.

5. Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail to ensure accuracy in applications, documentation, and compliance with immigration regulations.

6. Time Management: Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously while meeting deadlines.

7. Sales and Negotiation Skills: Proven ability to attract and secure new clients, and to negotiate effectively on their behalf.

8. Cultural Sensitivity: Awareness and understanding of different cultures and the ability to interact respectfully and effectively with clients from diverse backgrounds.

9. Team Leadership: Ability to lead and mentor junior consultants, providing guidance and support to ensure the team’s success.

10. Technical Proficiency: Proficiency with immigration software and tools, as well as general office software like Microsoft Office Suite.

11. Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changes in immigration laws and procedures, and to update practices accordingly.

12. Ethics and Integrity: High level of professionalism, ethics, and integrity in handling client information and conducting business.

13. Customer Service Orientation: Strong focus on providing exceptional customer service and ensuring positive client experiences.

14. Research Skills: Ability to conduct thorough research on immigration policies, changes, and case precedents to provide accurate and up-to-date advice.

15. Networking: Ability to build and maintain professional relationships with legal experts, government officials, and other stakeholders in the immigration field.
