HVAC Supervisor

We are looking for a hands-on and experienced HVAC Supervisor to oversee the installation, maintenance, and repair of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems across our UAE operations. The ideal candidate will lead a team of technicians, ensure compliance with safety standards, and maintain optimal system performance across all sites.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day operations of HVAC installation, maintenance, and repair activities

• Allocate tasks and monitor the performance of HVAC technicians and subcontractors

• Inspect HVAC systems and components to ensure functionality and safety

• Diagnose mechanical and electrical faults and ensure timely resolution

• Oversee preventative maintenance schedules and ensure timely execution

• Ensure adherence to safety regulations, quality standards, and UAE building codes

• Manage inventory of tools, materials, and spare parts

• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and facility managers to meet operational goals

• Prepare and submit reports on work completed, materials used, and technician performance

• Provide technical guidance and on-the-job training to HVAC staff

• Participate in audits and support compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements

  
  

Requirements

• Diploma or certification in HVAC, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field

• Minimum 5–7 years of experience in HVAC, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role

• Proven expertise in troubleshooting and maintaining various HVAC systems (VRF, split, chilled water, etc.)

• Good knowledge of UAE regulations, safety standards, and building maintenance practices

• Ability to read technical drawings, blueprints, and equipment manuals

• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills

• Proficient in using maintenance management software and MS Office tools

• UAE driving license is preferred

• Flexibility to work extended hours or shifts as needed
