HVAC Supervisor

We are seeking a skilled HVAC Supervisor to oversee the installation, maintenance, and repair of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise, leadership skills, and experience managing a team of HVAC technicians to ensure efficient operations and compliance with safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate the installation, maintenance, and repair of HVAC systems in commercial and residential buildings.
• Assign tasks to HVAC technicians, provide guidance, and ensure timely completion of work.
• Inspect HVAC systems and troubleshoot issues to ensure optimal performance.
• Maintain inventory of spare parts, tools, and equipment, and ensure proper usage.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, industry standards, and company policies.
• Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance to minimize system breakdowns.
• Work closely with facility managers, engineers, and contractors to plan and execute projects.
• Maintain records of repairs, maintenance schedules, and equipment performance.
• Train and mentor HVAC technicians to enhance their technical skills and efficiency.
• Respond to emergency HVAC system failures and ensure quick resolution.

Requirements:

• Diploma or degree in HVAC, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in HVAC maintenance, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, controls, and troubleshooting techniques.
• Familiarity with refrigerants, air distribution systems, and energy-efficient solutions.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
• Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and time management skills.
• Proficiency in HVAC software and diagnostic tools.
• Certification in HVAC and refrigeration systems is preferred.

• Experience working with large-scale HVAC systems in commercial or industrial settings.
