HSE Manager

The HSE Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of health, safety, and environmental compliance within the organization. They will develop, implement, and maintain safety programs to ensure a safe work environment for employees. The HSE Manager will also conduct regular inspections and audits to identify potential hazards and recommend corrective actions.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement safety policies and procedures
• Conduct regular inspections and audits
• Train employees on safety protocols
• Investigate accidents and incidents
• Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and environmental regulations

Candidate Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in occupational health and safety or related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in HSE management
• Strong knowledge of OSHA and other regulatory requirements
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Certification in health and safety (e.g. CSP, CIH) preferred
