Job Description

As an HSE Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring the implementation of Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) policies and procedures within the organization. You will conduct regular inspections and audits to identify potential hazards and risks, and develop strategies to mitigate them. Additionally, you will be tasked with providing training and guidance to employees on HSE best practices.


Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement HSE policies and procedures
  • Conduct regular inspections and audits
  • Identify potential hazards and risks
  • Provide training to employees on safety procedures and practices.
  • Investigate accidents and incidents and prepare reports.
  • Recommend and implement corrective actions to prevent reoccurrence.
  • Collaborate with management to develop and revise safety policies.
  • Provide training to employees on HSE best practices
  • Ensure compliance with regulations and standards


Candidate Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
  • Relevant HSE certification (e.g. NEBOSH, IOSH)
  • Proven experience in HSE management
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
