HR Specialist

The HR Specialist is responsible for providing support and assistance in various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, training and development, and HR policy administration. This role requires a strong understanding of HR practices and procedures, as well as excellent communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Support the recruitment process by posting job advertisements, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews.
• Assist in onboarding new employees, including completing necessary paperwork and conducting orientation sessions.
• Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR policies and procedures.
• Assist in the administration of employee benefits programs.
• Coordinate training and development activities, including scheduling and organizing training sessions.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and files.
• Assist in the resolution of employee relations issues and disputes.
• Stay informed about changes in employment laws and regulations and ensure compliance.

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
• Proven experience in an HR role.
• Knowledge of HR practices and procedures.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work well independently and as part of a team.
