HR Recruiter

We are seeking a proactive and resourceful HR Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment activities across various departments. Based in the UAE, this role focuses on sourcing, screening, and onboarding top talent while supporting employer branding and workforce planning efforts.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment cycle from job posting to onboarding

• Source candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, and networking events

• Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate with hiring managers for shortlisting

• Draft job descriptions and maintain an updated database of open positions

• Organize interviews, assessments, and feedback collection in a timely manner

• Negotiate job offers, prepare employment contracts, and coordinate joining formalities

• Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future hiring needs

• Maintain recruitment reports and track key metrics (e.g., time-to-hire, source effectiveness)

• Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and internal HR policies during recruitment processes

• Support employer branding initiatives and attend job fairs or recruitment events as needed

  
  

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field

• 2–4 years of recruitment experience, preferably within the UAE or GCC region

• Strong knowledge of sourcing tools and applicant tracking systems (ATS)

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

• Ability to manage multiple open roles simultaneously with attention to detail

• Familiarity with UAE labor law and visa processing procedures is an advantage

• Fluency in English is required; Arabic is a plus

• Professional, approachable, and results-oriented mindset

• Experience hiring for multiple sectors (e.g., retail, healthcare, engineering) is a bonus
