HR Recruiter

The HR Recruiter is responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews and onboarding new hires. Working within a dynamic and fast-paced environment in the UAE, the recruiter plays a critical role in identifying top talent, aligning with organizational needs, and ensuring a positive candidate experience. This position collaborates closely with hiring managers and HR teams to build effective recruitment strategies that support business growth.

Responsibilities:

• Managing end-to-end recruitment processes for various departments, including job posting, screening, interviewing, and selection.

• Collaborating with hiring managers to understand role requirements and develop appropriate sourcing strategies.

• Utilizing job portals, social media, and professional networks to source high-quality candidates.

• Conducting initial candidate assessments, reference checks, and interview scheduling.

• Maintaining and updating applicant tracking systems and recruitment records in compliance with company policies.

• Supporting employer branding initiatives to attract top talent within the UAE market.

• Ensuring a positive and efficient candidate experience from initial contact through onboarding.

• Staying updated with UAE labor laws and market trends to support compliant and competitive hiring practices.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

• 2–4 years of experience in recruitment, preferably within the UAE.

• Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques, recruitment metrics, and applicant tracking systems.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on relationship-building.

• Familiarity with UAE labor regulations and hiring practices.

• Ability to manage multiple open roles and prioritize tasks effectively.

• Proficiency in MS Office and HR software tools.
