Job Description

Oversee the recruitment and selection process, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and onboarding new employees.

Maintain employee records and ensure they are accurate and up-to-date.

Manage payroll and benefits administration.

Handle employee relations, including addressing grievances and disciplinary issues.

Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.

Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to employees.

Coordinate training and development programs for staff.

Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.

Assist in organizing company events and team-building activities.

Prepare HR reports and analyze HR metrics to identify areas for improvement.


Requirements

Proven experience as an HR Officer or in a similar HR role.

Knowledge of HR functions, including recruitment, payroll, benefits, and employee relations.

Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong organizational and time-management abilities.

Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Understanding of labor laws and regulations.

Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
