Job Description


An HR Generalist plays a crucial role in the overall functioning of the Human Resources department within an organization. They are responsible for various HR activities, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, and policy implementation. The HR Generalist acts as a bridge between management and employees, ensuring effective communication and compliance with labor laws and company policies.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, and conducting interviews.
  • Handle employee onboarding and orientation, ensuring a smooth transition for new hires.
  • Administer employee benefits programs and address any related inquiries or issues.
  • Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures in compliance with legal requirements.
  • Conduct performance evaluations and provide guidance to employees and managers on performance improvement.
  • Facilitate employee training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.
  • Resolve employee relations issues and conduct investigations when necessary.
  • Ensure HR data accuracy and maintain employee records in compliance with confidentiality and data protection policies.
  • Participate in HR projects and initiatives aimed at improving employee engagement and organizational culture.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support organizational goals and initiatives.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 2-3 years of experience in HR roles with exposure to various HR functions.
  • Knowledge of labor laws, regulations, and best HR practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with employees at all levels.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities to manage multiple tasks effectively.
