HR Generalist

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced HR Generalist to manage various human resource functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance. The ideal candidate will support the HR department in ensuring a positive work environment and efficient HR operations.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the recruitment and onboarding process, including job postings, interviews, and new employee orientation.
• Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.
• Handle employee relations issues and provide guidance on workplace matters.
• Manage payroll processing and ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
• Maintain employee records and HR databases accurately.
• Support training and development initiatives for employees.
• Conduct performance evaluations and provide recommendations for improvement.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and company regulations.
• Address employee concerns and foster a positive work culture.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in an HR Generalist or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.
• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
