Job Description

The HR Executive is responsible for supporting the human resources department in various HR functions. This includes recruitment, employee onboarding and offboarding, performance management, training and development, and HR administration. The executive will also be responsible for maintaining accurate HR records, ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations, and supporting the implementation of HR policies and initiatives.


Responsibilities

  • Assist in the recruitment and selection process, including sourcing candidates and conducting interviews.
  • Coordinate employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
  • Support performance management activities, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and feedback sessions.
  • Coordinate and deliver training and development programs for employees.
  • Handle employee inquiries and provide guidance on HR policies and procedures.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records and databases.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
  • Support the implementation of HR policies, initiatives, and programs.
  • Contribute to the development and improvement of HR processes and practices.
  • Assist in the administration of employee benefits programs.
  • Bachelor's degree in human resources management, business administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in HR roles, preferably in a generalist capacity.
  • Good knowledge of HR policies, practices, and labor laws.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
