Recruitment and shortlist the right candidate, application data and prepare LOA.

Improve the Company policies and procedures.

Keep track on related form such as leave form, medicals claims, and insurance. Update insurance company

of new hire, resignation staff and Staff discipline. Maintain staff record and personal files.

Coordinate on employee annual review, promotion and performance appraisal。

Handling all work permit New Application, Renewal of permit for Expatriate.

application and liaise with Immigration Dept. Check memos, ticket etc.

accommodation utility bills, petrol, holiday allowance, flight ticket. Airport pickup for arrival of expats.

Foreign workers management

Recruitment liaise with agent/supplier, payroll claim etc.
