Job Description

As an HR Business Partner, you will work closely with various departments and business units to align HR strategies and initiatives with organizational goals. Your role will involve providing guidance and support in areas such as recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and talent development. You will be responsible for fostering a positive and engaged workforce, promoting a culture of continuous improvement, and driving HR processes and initiatives.


Responsibilities

  • Partner with business leaders to understand their HR needs and develop HR strategies accordingly.
  • Provide guidance and support in the areas of recruitment, talent acquisition, and onboarding processes.
  • Facilitate performance management processes, including goal setting, performance reviews, and feedback sessions.
  • Handle employee relations issues, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions.
  • Implement and promote HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with legal requirements and company standards.
  • Coordinate and deliver training and development programs to enhance employee skills and competencies.
  • Support organizational change initiatives and manage the impact on employees.
  • Conduct exit interviews and analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in HR management.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute HR projects and initiatives.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
  • Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of HR practices, policies, and employment laws.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build relationships and influence at all levels within the organization.
