Job Description

The HR Associate plays a key role in providing support to the Human Resources department by assisting with various HR functions and programs. Responsibilities include coordinating recruitment efforts, conducting initial screenings of candidates, scheduling interviews, and assisting with onboarding processes. The HR Associate is also responsible for maintaining employee records, processing payroll, and assisting with benefit administration. Additionally, the HR Associate may help with performance management activities, employee relations, and HR compliance tasks. Strong communication and organization skills are essential for this role, along with a good understanding of HR principles and practices. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, able to multitask, and maintain a high level of confidentiality when handling sensitive information.


Responsibilities

  • Assist HR Manager in recruitment and onboarding processes.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates.
  • Maintain employee records and update HR databases.
  • Assist in the organization of employee training and development programs.
  • Facilitate employee performance evaluations and feedback processes.
  • Handle employee inquiries and provide support on HR policies and procedures.
  • Assist in the implementation of HR policies and initiatives.
  • Prepare HR-related documents such as employment contracts and letters.
  • Participate in HR projects and initiatives as assigned.
  • Stay updated on labor laws and regulations to ensure compliance in HR practices.


Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Strong understanding of HR principles and practices.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism.
