Job Description

The HR Assistant is responsible for providing administrative support to the Human Resources (HR) department. This includes assisting with recruitment processes, maintaining employee records, coordinating training programs, and ensuring compliance with HR policies and procedures. The Assistant will also participate in various HR-related projects and initiatives, providing assistance as required. Additionally, the Assistant will collaborate with other departments and stakeholders to support the achievement of HR objectives.


Responsibilities

  • Assist with recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate screening, and interview coordination.
  • Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Process HR-related documentation, such as employment contracts and employee benefits.
  • Coordinate training programs and maintain training records for employees.
  • Assist in the development and delivery of employee orientation and onboarding programs.
  • Support employee performance management processes, such as performance appraisals and goal setting.
  • Ensure compliance with HR policies, procedures, and legal requirements.
  • Participate in HR-related projects and initiatives, providing administrative support as required.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to support HR objectives.
  • Stay updated with changes in HR regulations and best practices.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; an associate's or bachelor's degree in human resources or a related field is preferred.
  • Proven experience in administrative or HR-related roles.
  • Familiarity with HR principles, practices, and legal requirements.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications and HR software.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
