Job Description

As an HR Assistant, you will support the HR department in various administrative tasks and processes. Your main responsibilities will include maintaining employee records, assisting with recruitment processes, coordinating training programs, and providing general HR support to employees. You will need to have strong organizational skills and attention to detail.


Responsibilities

  • Maintain and update employee records, including personal information, leave balances, and performance evaluations.
  • Assist with recruitment processes, including job postings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
  • Coordinate employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
  • Assist in organizing training programs and development initiatives.
  • Respond to employee queries regarding HR policies and procedures.
  • Assist in administering employee benefits and payroll processes.
  • Prepare HR-related reports and presentations.
  • Ensure HR records and databases are accurate and up-to-date.


Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in HR management, business administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in an HR administrative role.
  • Knowledge of HR processes and best practices.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
