HR and Recruitment Manager

The HR and Recruitment Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources, including talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, and HR policies. This role ensures that the organization attracts, retains, and develops top talent while fostering a positive and compliant workplace culture. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of HR best practices, and the ability to align HR strategies with business objectives.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices.

• Lead the full-cycle recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding.

• Manage workforce planning and talent acquisition strategies.

• Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and industry regulations.

• Oversee employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions.

• Implement performance management systems and employee development programs.

• Develop and oversee compensation, benefits, and rewards programs.

• Foster a positive workplace culture and improve employee engagement.

• Conduct training sessions and workshops to enhance employee skills.

• Maintain HR records, reports, and metrics for decision-making.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field (HR certification is a plus).

• Proven experience as an HR Manager, Recruitment Manager, or similar role.

• Strong knowledge of employment laws, HR policies, and recruitment strategies.

• Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.

• Ability to handle sensitive issues with confidentiality and professionalism.

• Experience with HR software and applicant tracking systems (ATS).

• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
