Job Responsibilities


1. HR Support

  • Coordinate interviews as necessary.
  • Handle employee relationship matters such as onboarding, departure, etc. File all necessary documents and scan copies to HQ for backup.
  • Assist with employee visa application/cancellation, medical insurance, etc.
  • Other HR related tasks assigned by management.


2. Corporate Compliance

  • Manage all Dubai subsidiary license’s compliance and renewal process.
  • Apply all government related permit for business license and office.
  • Manage company stamp usage and documentation according to company policy.


3. Onsite Administrative Support

  • Assist business team whenever requires including hotel and restaurant booking and preparation of meeting devices and meeting agenda.


4. Office and Assets Maintenance

  • Manage all company assets and vehicle, replenish office supplies and arrange vendorand utility payments.


5. Other tasks assigned by management as necessary.


Job Requirements

1. Bachelor's Degree in HR/Admin related majors.

2. 3+ years of experience, preferrably in an overseas branch of China-based corporates.

3. Mandarine as working language is a must.

4. UAE driver's license is a plus.
