The HR Analyst – Onboarding is responsible for managing and streamlining the employee onboarding process to ensure a smooth and compliant experience for new hires across the organization. This role involves coordinating with multiple departments, analyzing onboarding data, and improving workflows to align with UAE labor laws and organizational policies. The HR Analyst supports talent integration while promoting a positive and efficient start for all incoming employees.
Responsibilities:
Coordinating the end-to-end onboarding process, including documentation, system access, induction scheduling, and orientation programs.
Ensuring all new hire documentation complies with UAE labor laws and internal policies.
Collaborating with recruitment, payroll, IT, and administrative teams to prepare for new joiners’ arrival and integration.
Analyzing onboarding metrics to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for process improvement.
Creating and maintaining onboarding reports, dashboards, and compliance checklists.
Supporting the implementation of onboarding tools and platforms to enhance the new hire experience.
Providing guidance to new employees regarding visa processing, health insurance registration, and other UAE-specific formalities.
Assisting in the continuous development of onboarding policies, materials, and welcome kits in line with company culture.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
2–4 years of experience in HR, with a strong focus on onboarding or employee lifecycle management, preferably within the UAE.
Familiarity with UAE labor law and employment visa processes.
Strong analytical skills with experience in HRIS platforms and reporting tools.
Excellent organizational and coordination skills, with attention to detail.
Strong interpersonal and communication abilities to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Fluency in English is required; Arabic is an advantage.
