The HR Adviser provides support and guidance to employees and management regarding human resources policies, programs, and processes. Responsibilities
Assist in the recruitment and selection process, including job postings, resume screening, and interview coordination.

Support the implementation of performance management initiatives, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and performance improvement plans.
Assist in developing and conducting training programs for employees and management on HR-related topics.
Coordinate employee onboarding and orientation activities to ensure a smooth integration into the organization.
Participate in employee relations activities and assist in resolving workplace conflicts and employee grievances.
Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with data privacy and protection regulations.
Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies, procedures, and programs to foster a positive work environment.
Stay updated with employment laws and regulations to ensure compliance and mitigate any legal risks.
Bachelor's degree in human resources management or a related field.
Proven experience in human resources or a similar role.
Strong knowledge of HR policies, programs, and employment laws.
