Job Description

The HR Adviser provides support and guidance to employees and management regarding human resources policies, programs, and processes. They assist in the recruitment process, employee relations, performance management, and talent development initiatives. The HR Adviser also ensures compliance with employment laws and regulations and contributes to the overall success of the HR department.


Responsibilities

  • Assist in the recruitment and selection process, including job postings, resume screening, and interview coordination.
  • Provide guidance to employees on HR policies, procedures, and programs.
  • Address employee inquiries and concerns regarding benefits, compensation, leave policies, and other HR-related matters.
  • Support the implementation of performance management initiatives, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and performance improvement plans.
  • Assist in developing and conducting training programs for employees and management on HR-related topics.
  • Coordinate employee onboarding and orientation activities to ensure a smooth integration into the organization.
  • Participate in employee relations activities and assist in resolving workplace conflicts and employee grievances.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with data privacy and protection regulations.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies, procedures, and programs to foster a positive work environment.
  • Stay updated with employment laws and regulations to ensure compliance and mitigate any legal risks.
  • Bachelor's degree in human resources management or a related field.
  • Proven experience in human resources or a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of HR policies, programs, and employment laws.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
  • Proficient in using HR management software and tools.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in managing HR data and records.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
