Hotel Manager

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Hotel Manager to oversee all aspects of hotel operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, efficient management of staff, and profitability. The ideal candidate will lead the hotel team, implement strategic initiatives, and maintain the highest hospitality standards.

Responsibilities:

• oversee daily hotel operations, including front desk, housekeeping, food and beverage, and guest services

• ensure outstanding customer service, addressing guest concerns, and enhancing overall satisfaction

• develop and implement policies to improve operational efficiency and guest experience

• manage budgets, financial reports, and cost control strategies to maximize profitability

• recruit, train, and supervise hotel staff, fostering a positive work environment

• collaborate with marketing and sales teams to increase bookings and revenue

• ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory standards

• monitor market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead in the industry

• establish and maintain strong relationships with vendors and suppliers

• implement technology and systems to streamline hotel processes and improve service delivery

Requirements:

• bachelor’s degree in hospitality management, business administration, or a related field

• minimum 5 years of experience in hotel management or a senior leadership role in hospitality

• strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

• proficiency in hotel management software and reservation systems

• excellent financial management and budgeting abilities

• ability to work under pressure and manage multiple responsibilities effectively

• knowledge of local hospitality laws and industry regulations
