We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Hotel Cleanliness Expert to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and sanitation in all areas of the hotel, including guest rooms, public spaces, and facilities. Duties include conducting regular inspections, implementing cleaning protocols, and training housekeeping staff. The Hotel Cleanliness Expert will collaborate with department heads to address any cleanliness-related issues promptly and efficiently. Strong communication skills, a passion for maintaining a clean and organized environment, and a proven track record in the hospitality industry are required. Responsibilities

  • Oversee and implement the cleaning and sanitization of all hotel rooms and public areas according to established standards and procedures.
  • Train, supervise, and provide guidance to housekeeping staff to ensure efficient and thorough cleaning practices.
  • Monitor inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, and maintain proper stock levels.
  • Inspect and assess cleanliness of rooms and public areas to identify any areas needing improvement or special attention.
  • Respond promptly to guest feedback or complaints regarding cleanliness and take corrective action as needed.
  • Coordinate with maintenance and other departments to address any maintenance or repair issues impacting cleanliness.
  • Develop and enforce cleaning schedules and procedures to ensure consistent quality and efficiency.
  • Conduct regular quality checks and evaluations of cleaning standards to maintain high levels of cleanliness throughout the hotel.
  • Stay informed about industry best practices and new cleaning technologies to continuously improve cleaning operations.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations related to cleaning practices and ensure staff are trained accordingly.
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Proven experience in hotel housekeeping or cleaning roles
  • Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques and use of cleaning equipment
  • Attention to detail and ability to maintain cleanliness standards
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to work efficiently
