HIS Support

We are looking for an experienced HIS (Hospital Information System) Support Specialist to provide technical assistance and support for healthcare IT systems. The ideal candidate will be responsible for troubleshooting system issues, ensuring seamless integration of HIS modules, and providing end-user training to optimize hospital operations.

Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support for HIS applications, resolving user issues and system errors.
• Assist in the implementation, configuration, and maintenance of HIS modules.
• Conduct user training sessions on HIS functionalities and best practices.
• Collaborate with IT and clinical teams to ensure smooth workflow integration.
• Monitor system performance and escalate critical issues to the relevant teams.
• Maintain and update documentation for troubleshooting procedures and system updates.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and data security policies.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Healthcare Informatics, or a related field.
• Experience working with Hospital Information Systems (HIS) or Electronic Medical Records (EMR).
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
• Familiarity with healthcare workflows, clinical operations, and medical terminologies.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to train non-technical users.
• Knowledge of database management and system integration is a plus.
