HIS Implementation Manager

We are looking for an experienced HIS Implementation Manager to lead the deployment of Hospital Information Systems across healthcare facilities. This role involves coordinating with stakeholders, managing project timelines, and ensuring seamless system integration for improved healthcare efficiency.

Responsibilities:

• oversee the full lifecycle of HIS implementation projects, from planning to post-go-live support

• work closely with hospital leadership, IT teams, and vendors to define project goals and deliverables

• ensure successful data migration and system integration with existing healthcare infrastructure

• manage timelines, budgets, and resource allocation for HIS implementation projects

• conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success

• train and support hospital staff in adapting to new HIS applications

• optimize system workflows to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and patient care quality

• monitor system performance and recommend improvements for better functionality

• ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, patient data privacy, and security standards

• document project progress, challenges, and resolutions for future reference

Requirements:

• bachelor’s degree in information technology, healthcare management, or a related field

• 5+ years of experience in HIS implementation and project management

• strong knowledge of hospital workflows, electronic medical records, and healthcare IT standards

• experience in data migration, system integrations, and HIS customization

• excellent leadership, project management, and communication skills

• ability to manage multiple projects and work in a fast-paced healthcare environment

• familiarity with healthcare compliance regulations and security best practices
