HIS Application Support

We are seeking a highly skilled HIS (Hospital Information System) Application Support professional to provide technical assistance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure the smooth functioning of healthcare applications. The ideal candidate will work closely with medical staff to enhance system efficiency and usability.

Responsibilities:

• provide technical support for HIS applications, resolving user issues promptly

• assist hospital staff with troubleshooting, training, and system navigation

• analyze and resolve software errors, ensuring minimal disruption in operations

• collaborate with IT teams to implement system updates and improvements

• monitor application performance, ensuring optimal functionality and security

• document user queries, solutions, and system changes for future reference

• assist in integrating HIS with other healthcare systems and applications

• conduct training sessions for hospital staff on new system features and best practices

• work closely with vendors and developers to resolve technical problems

• ensure compliance with data security, privacy, and healthcare regulations

Requirements:

• bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field

• 3+ years of experience in HIS application support or healthcare IT support

• strong knowledge of hospital workflows and medical software applications

• experience in troubleshooting, database management, and system configurations

• excellent problem-solving and communication skills

• ability to train and assist non-technical hospital staff effectively
