Hire Desk Controller

The Hire Desk Controller is responsible for efficiently managing equipment hire requests and ensuring that customer needs are met. This role involves coordinating with various teams, maintaining rental records, and resolving any issues that may arise. Responsibilities

• Receive and process equipment hire requests from customers.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure availability of equipment.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date rental records.
• Schedule equipment deliveries and collections.
• Resolve any issues or complaints related to equipment rentals.
• Provide exceptional customer service and respond to inquiries promptly.
• Keep track of rental agreements and contracts.
• Assist in the billing and invoicing process.
• Collaborate with the maintenance team to ensure equipment is in good working condition.
• Generate reports on rental activity and equipment availability.
