As the Head Waiter at Café De Paris, your main responsibilities include providing exceptional dining experiences to guests, leading the waiting crew during shifts, and overseeing waiting duties to completion. You should also handle work-related issues in a professional and positive manner and report to the management team.

1.Following and completing instructions from the Manager on duty

2.Demonstrating respect for management and crew

3.Assisting in the daily running of the Front of House, especially in terms of service and crew performance

4.Implementing policies and systems as guided by the management

5.Ensuring timely and high-standard meal and beverage service

6.Effectively managing the crew's time and productivity

7.Ensuring cleanliness and organization according to Café de Paris guidelines

8.Securing smooth and efficient service by managing shift planning, opening and closing duties, and section allocations

9.Supporting the crew and acting as a safeguard in times of crisis

10.Maintaining high standards of personal hygiene and appearance

11.Training new waiting staff in Café de Paris policies and procedures

12.Attending Sharing Time meetings and Operational meetings

13.Adhering to fire, health, and safety regulations

14.Carrying out additional tasks as instructed by management

15.Investigating and resolving food quality and service complaints with management

16.Performing Waiters cash-ups and managing float if a cashier is employed

17.Providing out-of-stock and general information during Sharing Time Meetings

18.Ensuring staff hygiene
