Job Description

We are looking for a highly experienced and strategic Head of Talent Acquisition to lead our recruitment efforts and drive organizational growth. This role requires a strong understanding of talent sourcing, employer branding, and workforce planning to attract and retain top talent. The ideal candidate will collaborate with senior leadership, oversee a team of recruiters, and develop innovative hiring strategies to support business objectives. This is a key leadership position responsible for ensuring the company maintains a competitive edge in talent acquisition while fostering a culture of excellence and inclusivity.


Responsibilities:

  • develop and implement comprehensive talent acquisition strategies to attract, engage, and hire top professionals
  • oversee the entire recruitment process, ensuring efficiency, consistency, and a positive candidate experience
  • collaborate with department heads and senior leadership to identify hiring needs and workforce planning strategies
  • build and maintain a strong employer brand to enhance the company’s reputation as an employer of choice
  • manage and mentor a team of recruiters, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations
  • implement data-driven recruitment practices, leveraging analytics to optimize hiring processes and improve outcomes
  • establish and maintain relationships with recruitment agencies, universities, and industry partners for talent sourcing
  • ensure compliance with labor laws, recruitment policies, and diversity & inclusion initiatives
  • introduce and utilize advanced sourcing techniques, including AI-driven recruitment tools, social media, and employee referrals
  • develop and execute strategies for internal mobility and succession planning to retain and develop top talent


Requirements:

  • bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field; a master’s degree is a plus
  • minimum of 10 years of experience in talent acquisition, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
  • strong knowledge of recruitment best practices, employer branding, and workforce planning
  • experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS), HR technology solutions, and talent analytics
  • excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • ability to work in a fast-paced environment with changing business priorities
  • proven track record in implementing innovative hiring strategies and building high-performing teams
