Head of Talent Acquisition

As the Head of Talent Acquisition, you will be responsible for leading and overseeing the recruitment strategy and processes within the organization. Your primary goal will be to attract, identify, and hire top talent to meet the company's staffing needs across various departments. You will work closely with senior leadership to understand workforce requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies. Your role will involve managing a team of recruiters, setting clear performance goals, and fostering a collaborative and high-performing recruiting environment. Responsibilities

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment.
• Strong understanding of current recruiting trends and best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in managing a team of recruiters or talent acquisition specialists.
