Job Description

As the Head of Talent Acquisition, you will be responsible for leading and overseeing the recruitment strategy and processes within the organization. Your primary goal will be to attract, identify, and hire top talent to meet the company's staffing needs across various departments. You will work closely with senior leadership to understand workforce requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies. Your role will involve managing a team of recruiters, setting clear performance goals, and fostering a collaborative and high-performing recruiting environment. Additionally, you will stay up to date on industry trends and best practices to ensure the company remains competitive in talent acquisition. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in recruitment, excellent leadership skills, and a strategic mindset to drive the recruitment function forward.


Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement talent acquisition strategies to attract high-quality candidates.
  • Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to onboarding, for all levels of the organization.
  • Build and maintain relationships with external recruiting partners and agencies.
  • Analyze recruitment metrics and trends to identify areas for improvement.
  • Lead a team of recruiters and hiring managers to ensure timely and efficient hiring processes.
  • Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and develop recruitment plans.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.
  • Implement diversity and inclusion initiatives to promote a diverse workforce.
  • Manage the recruitment budget and optimize spending on various recruiting channels.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations.


Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment.
  • Strong understanding of current recruiting trends and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in managing a team of recruiters or talent acquisition specialists.
