Head of Quality Assurance - Audit

We are seeking a highly experienced and detail-oriented professional to join our team as the Head of Quality Assurance – Audit. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading the audit team in designing and implementing quality assurance programs to ensure compliance with internal policies, industry regulations, and best practices. Duties include developing audit procedures, conducting audits, monitoring performance metrics, and identifying opportunities for improvement. The Head of Quality Assurance – Audit will also be responsible for providing recommendations to senior management on strategies to enhance overall quality control measures. The successful candidate will have a strong background in audit practices, excellent leadership and communication skills, and the ability to drive continuous improvement initiatives. A bachelor's degree in a related field and relevant certifications are required, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role preferred.

Responsibilities

• Stay informed about industry trends and developments to ensure the organization's audit practices remain up-to-date.
