Job Description
The Head of Product will be responsible for overseeing the product development process, from ideation to launch. They will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative and successful products that meet customer needs and drive business growth.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of product managers and designers
- Develop and execute product roadmap and strategy
- Define product requirements and specifications
- Analyze market trends and customer feedback to inform product decisions
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure successful product launches
Candidate Requirements:
- 5+ years of product management experience
- Proven track record of launching successful products
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment
- Experience in e-commerce or SaaS industry preferred
