The head of marketing is responsible for developing and executing the overall marketing strategy to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and business growth. This role involves overseeing all marketing activities, including digital marketing, brand positioning, campaign management, and market research. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in strategic marketing planning, leadership skills, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
Responsibilities:
develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with business goals
oversee brand positioning and ensure consistent messaging across all marketing channels
lead digital marketing initiatives, including SEO, SEM, social media, and email campaigns
manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources for maximum ROI
analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitive landscape to identify growth opportunities
collaborate with sales, product development, and other departments to drive marketing success
develop and manage multi-channel marketing campaigns to enhance brand visibility
oversee content creation, public relations, and advertising strategies to strengthen brand awareness
establish KPIs and track the performance of marketing activities to measure effectiveness
mentor and manage a team of marketing professionals, fostering a culture of innovation and creativity
Requirements:
bachelor's or master’s degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field
minimum 8-10 years of experience in a senior marketing role, preferably within a relevant industry
strong expertise in digital marketing, branding, and campaign management
proven ability to develop and execute successful marketing strategies
experience in budget management and performance analysis
excellent leadership and communication skills to manage teams and stakeholders
strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and market trends
familiarity with marketing automation tools, CRM systems, and analytics platforms
ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing market trends
