Head of Finance

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Head of Finance to lead the financial operations and planning of our organization. The ideal candidate will provide financial direction, oversee budgeting and forecasting, ensure regulatory compliance, and contribute to strategic decision-making at the executive level.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the finance team and oversee day-to-day financial operations

• Develop financial strategies aligned with business objectives

• Prepare and present accurate financial reports and analysis to senior management

• Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes

• Ensure compliance with financial regulations, tax laws, and internal policies

• Oversee audits, risk management, and internal controls

• Provide strategic recommendations for cost optimization and profitability improvement

• Monitor cash flow, investment, and capital structure decisions

• Collaborate with other departments to support financial aspects of business initiatives

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (CPA, ACCA, or CMA preferred)

• Proven experience in a senior finance leadership role

• Strong understanding of financial management, corporate finance, and accounting principles

• Excellent leadership, analytical, and decision-making skills

• Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems

• High level of integrity and attention to detail

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
