Responsibilities

• Oversee the delivery of Application Management Services (AMS) projects and initiatives to ensure timely and successful completion.
• Develop and implement strategic plans to optimize the performance and efficiency of the AMS team.
• Collaborate with key stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
• Manage the allocation and scheduling of resources to meet project timelines and budgetary constraints.
• Monitor and report on project progress, identifying potential risks and implementing mitigation strategies.
• Develop and maintain standard operating procedures and best practices for AMS delivery.
• Ensure compliance with service level agreements (SLAs) and client expectations.
• Provide performance feedback and coaching to team members to drive continuous improvement and professional development.
• Lead regular meetings with team members and stakeholders to discuss project status, issues, and action plans.
• Stay updated on industry trends and technologies to recommend innovative solutions for enhancing AMS delivery.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in application management services or IT project management.
• Proven track record of successfully delivering large-scale applications or software projects.
