Head of Business Applications

The Head of Business Applications will be responsible for overseeing the development, implementation, and maintenance of the organization's business applications. They will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and design technology solutions. • Oversee the maintenance, support, and enhancement of existing business applications.
• Ensure effective integration of applications across the organization and orchestrate data flows between systems.
• Monitor and manage the performance of business applications, including availability, scalability, and security.
• Provide guidance and support to the team responsible for business application development and support.
• Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends to drive continuous improvement and innovation.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience in overseeing business application development and implementation.
• Strong knowledge of business processes and familiarity with relevant software applications.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
• Project management experience is preferred.
