Job Description

The Head of Account Management is responsible for leading and overseeing the account management team to ensure client satisfaction, business growth, and strong long-term relationships. This role involves developing strategic account plans, optimizing client retention, and driving revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in account management, leadership skills, and the ability to develop and execute strategies that align with business objectives.


Responsibilities:

  • Lead, mentor, and manage the account management team to drive client success and business growth.

  • Develop and implement account management strategies to strengthen client relationships.

  • Oversee key accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.

  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to maximize revenue potential.

  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams to align business objectives.

  • Monitor and analyze account performance, providing strategic insights to leadership.

  • Ensure all client needs are met with timely and effective solutions.

  • Establish and maintain long-term relationships with key clients and stakeholders.

  • Conduct regular business reviews with clients to assess needs and opportunities.

  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging market opportunities.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

  • Extensive experience in account management, sales, or business development.

  • Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to inspire and motivate.

  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.

  • Proven ability to develop and execute account management strategies.

  • Experience working with CRM software and data-driven decision-making.

  • Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously.

  • Strong analytical skills with a focus on continuous improvement.

  • Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.

  • Willingness to travel for client meetings and business development activities.
