Job Description

As a Guest Relations Executive, you will be responsible for ensuring excellent customer service and guest satisfaction in the hospitality industry. You will handle guest inquiries, resolve issues or complaints, and coordinate guest services to enhance the overall guest experience.


Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome guests upon arrival.
  • Handle guest inquiries and requests.
  • Assist guests with check-in and check-out processes.
  • Coordinate guest room assignments and special requests.
  • Resolve guest issues or complaints in a timely manner.
  • Provide recommendations for local attractions and services.
  • Ensure smooth communication between guests and staff.
  • Maintain high standards of customer service.


Requirements

  • Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management or related field.
  • Proven experience in guest relations or similar roles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
  • Customer service-oriented and positive attitude.
