We are looking for a dedicated and customer-oriented Guest Relations Executive (Hostess) to join our team. As a Guest Relations Executive, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our guests and creating a welcoming and friendly atmosphere. Your duties will include greeting and seating guests, taking reservations, handling guest inquiries and complaints, and ensuring the overall satisfaction of our customers. You will also be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized front-of-house area. The ideal candidate will have strong communication and interpersonal skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to work well under pressure. Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Assist guests with seating arrangements and ensure their comfort throughout their visit.
  • Manage reservations and ensure proper coordination with the restaurant team.
  • Provide menu recommendations and answer any questions regarding the menu items.
  • Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization at the hostess station and dining area.
  • Coordinate with the service staff to ensure seamless communication and guest satisfaction.
  • Escort guests to their tables and bid them farewell as they leave.
  • Monitor dining room capacity and make adjustments as needed to accommodate guests efficiently.
  • Collaborate with the management team to enhance guest experience and overall restaurant operations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Prior experience in customer service or hospitality industry
