Guest Relation Agent Job Description

As a Guest Relation Agent, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to guests visiting our establishment. You will greet guests, assist with check-in and check-out processes, handle guest inquiries and complaints, and ensure a positive guest experience. Additionally, you will work closely with other hotel staff to coordinate guest requests and ensure all guest needs are met promptly.


Responsibilities:

  • Welcome and check-in guests upon arrival
  • Handle guest inquiries and complaints in a professional manner
  • Coordinate guest requests with other hotel staff
  • Ensure guest satisfaction throughout their stay


Candidate Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Prior experience in customer service or hospitality
  • Knowledge of hotel operations and guest services
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
