Job Description

We are looking for a Guest Experience Expert to ensure exceptional hospitality and a seamless guest journey. This role is responsible for creating a welcoming and memorable experience by anticipating guest needs, addressing concerns efficiently, and providing personalized service. The ideal candidate should have excellent interpersonal skills, a strong customer service mindset, and the ability to handle various guest interactions with professionalism. This position plays a key role in ensuring high levels of guest satisfaction and fostering loyalty.


Responsibilities:

  • greet and welcome guests warmly, ensuring a positive first impression

  • assist guests with check-in, check-out, and special requests in a timely and efficient manner

  • anticipate guest needs and provide personalized recommendations to enhance their experience

  • handle guest inquiries, complaints, and concerns with professionalism and efficiency

  • collaborate with different departments to ensure seamless service delivery

  • maintain up-to-date knowledge of hotel services, amenities, and local attractions

  • support loyalty programs by enrolling guests and promoting exclusive benefits

  • monitor guest feedback and suggest improvements to enhance service quality

  • ensure all guest interactions align with brand standards and hospitality excellence

  • handle VIP guests with extra care, ensuring their needs and expectations are met


Requirements:

  • bachelor’s degree in hospitality management or a related field (preferred)

  • minimum 2-4 years of experience in a guest relations or front office role in hospitality

  • excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly and professional demeanor

  • ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure in a fast-paced environment

  • strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to guest satisfaction

  • fluency in english is required; additional languages such as arabic, french, or russian are a plus

  • proficiency in hotel management software and booking systems

  • flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays as needed
