We are looking for a Guest Experience Expert to ensure exceptional hospitality and a seamless guest journey. This role is responsible for creating a welcoming and memorable experience by anticipating guest needs, addressing concerns efficiently, and providing personalized service. The ideal candidate should have excellent interpersonal skills, a strong customer service mindset, and the ability to handle various guest interactions with professionalism. This position plays a key role in ensuring high levels of guest satisfaction and fostering loyalty.
greet and welcome guests warmly, ensuring a positive first impression
assist guests with check-in, check-out, and special requests in a timely and efficient manner
anticipate guest needs and provide personalized recommendations to enhance their experience
handle guest inquiries, complaints, and concerns with professionalism and efficiency
collaborate with different departments to ensure seamless service delivery
maintain up-to-date knowledge of hotel services, amenities, and local attractions
support loyalty programs by enrolling guests and promoting exclusive benefits
monitor guest feedback and suggest improvements to enhance service quality
ensure all guest interactions align with brand standards and hospitality excellence
handle VIP guests with extra care, ensuring their needs and expectations are met
bachelor’s degree in hospitality management or a related field (preferred)
minimum 2-4 years of experience in a guest relations or front office role in hospitality
excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure in a fast-paced environment
strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to guest satisfaction
fluency in english is required; additional languages such as arabic, french, or russian are a plus
proficiency in hotel management software and booking systems
flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays as needed
