As a Guest Experience Expert, you will play a critical role in ensuring exceptional customer service and satisfaction for all guests visiting our establishment. Responsibilities include greeting and welcoming guests, addressing any inquiries or concerns they may have, and providing information about our services and facilities. You will also be responsible for assisting guests with reservations, coordinating special requests, and maintaining a welcoming and friendly environment. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to proactively engage with guests to enhance their overall experience and ensure their needs are met. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a customer-centric attitude, and a passion for delivering top-notch service. Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome guests as they arrive at the establishment.
  • Assist guests with inquiries, provide information, and address any concerns or complaints promptly.

  • Handle reservations, check-ins, and check-outs efficiently and accurately.
  • Maintain a clean and organized lobby or reception area to create a welcoming environment for guests.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences throughout their stay.
  • Respond to guest feedback and reviews in a professional and timely manner.
  • Assist in promoting and upselling products, services, or amenities to enhance the guest experience.
  • Stay knowledgeable about local attractions, events, and services to provide recommendations to guests.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures to maintain high standards of guest service and satisfaction.
