Job Description: The Guest Experience Expert - Team Leader will oversee the front office operations to ensure exceptional service delivery to our guests. They will lead a team of Guest Experience Experts to create memorable experiences for all visitors. The Team Leader will also handle guest inquiries and complaints, monitor inventory and room availability, and assist with check-ins and check-outs.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and motivate a team of Guest Experience Experts
• Ensure smooth check-in and check-out processes
• Handle guest inquiries and complaints in a professional manner
• Monitor room availability and maintain inventory
• Training and mentoring Front Office team members.
• Ensuring proper staffing levels and managing schedules.
• Conducting regular performance evaluations and providing feedback.
• Handling guest complaints and addressing concerns.
• Collaborating with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Train new team members on front office procedures

Candidate Requirements:

• Previous experience in a front office or guest service role
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to lead and motivate a team
• Proficiency in hotel management software
• Flexibility to work weekends and holidays
