Guest Experience Expert - Front Office

We are seeking a welcoming and service-oriented Guest Experience Expert – Front Office to join our hospitality team in the UAE. This role delivers exceptional front desk service, enhancing the overall guest journey from arrival to departure.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and handle check-ins and check-outs efficiently.

• Address guest inquiries, complaints, and requests professionally.

• Coordinate with housekeeping, concierge, and other departments for guest needs.

• Process payments, reservations, and room changes accurately.

• Provide information about hotel services, promotions, and local attractions.

• Ensure smooth communication through phone, email, and face-to-face interactions.

• Maintain a clean and organized front desk area.

• Uphold company policies, procedures, and quality service standards.

• Assist with VIP guest experiences and special requests.

• Handle guest feedback and escalate unresolved issues to management.

Requirements

• Diploma or degree in Hospitality or related field.

• Minimum 2–4 years of front office or guest service experience.

• Proficient in PMS (e.g., Opera, Fidelio) and MS Office.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

• Fluent in English; knowledge of Arabic or other languages is an asset.

• Well-groomed, courteous, and customer-focused.

• Ability to multitask and work flexible shifts.

• Familiarity with UAE hospitality standards and service protocols.
