Guest Experience Expert (Front Desk Agent)

The Guest Experience Expert, also known as the Front Desk Agent, is responsible for providing exceptional customer service to guests during their stay. This includes handling guest check-ins and check-outs, responding to inquiries and requests, and ensuring a positive and memorable experience for all guests.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests in a warm and friendly manner.
• Handle guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently and accurately.
• Provide information and assistance to guests regarding hotel facilities and services.
• Respond to guest inquiries and requests promptly and professionally.
• Process guest payments in accordance with established procedures.
• Ensure accurate and complete guest records are maintained.
• Resolve guest complaints and issues, escalating as necessary to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Coordinate with other hotel departments to fulfill guest requests and preferences.
• Promote and upsell hotel amenities and services to enhance guest experience.
• Maintain a clean and organized front desk area.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
• Proficient in using computer systems and hotel reservation software.
