Guest Arrival Expert

We are seeking a friendly and efficient Guest Arrival Expert to join our team and provide exceptional service to our guests. As a Guest Arrival Expert, you will be responsible for warmly welcoming guests as they arrive, providing information about our facilities and services, and assisting with any inquiries or special requests. You will coordinate with other team members to ensure a seamless check-in process and help create a positive first impression for our guests. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a customer-focused mindset, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities

• Greet guests upon arrival in a friendly and professional manner.
• Check guests in and provide necessary information about the property and services.
• Assist guests with luggage as needed.
• Escort guests to their rooms and explain hotel amenities and features.
• Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally.
• Maintain a clean and organized lobby area.
• Coordinate with other hotel staff to ensure smooth arrival and departure processes.
• Communicate with guests regarding check-out procedures and any additional services required.
• Provide recommendations for local attractions, restaurants, and activities.
• Uphold high standards of customer service to enhance guest satisfaction.

• Minimum High School diploma or equivalent
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Customer service experience preferred
• Proficiency in using computer systems and software
• Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
