Job Description

As a Guest and Patient Relation Executive, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to all guests and patients visiting our facility. Your main duties will include greeting and welcoming guests, answering inquiries in a professional and courteous manner, and ensuring a positive experience for all individuals. You will also assist in patient registration, scheduling appointments, and providing support with any requested information. Additionally, you will work closely with the medical staff to coordinate patient care and handle any issues or concerns that may arise. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a friendly attitude, and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome patients and guests in a courteous and professional manner.
  • Maintain a positive and accommodating attitude while assisting patients with inquiries and concerns.
  • Ensure efficient patient check-in and check-out processes, verifying necessary information and documentation.
  • Coordinate with medical staff and other departments to provide seamless services for patients.
  • Handle phone calls and emails related to appointments, inquiries, and complaints, addressing them promptly and effectively.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception and waiting areas.
  • Keep accurate records of patient interactions and transactions.
  • Assist in scheduling appointments and managing the appointment calendar to optimize patient flow.
  • Provide information to patients regarding services, facilities, and policies.
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure patient satisfaction and quality care delivery.

  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Previous experience in customer service or patient relations
  • Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) software
  • Ability to work well under pressure and handle difficult situations professionally
