Front Desk Agent - Arabic Speaker

Job Description: The Front Desk Agent - Arabic Speaker will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to guests at the front desk of the hotel. They will greet guests, check them in/out, answer phone calls, assist with reservations, and provide information about hotel services and amenities.


Responsibilities:

  • Greet and check in/out guests in a friendly and professional manner
  • Answer phone calls and assist with reservations and inquiries
  • Provide information about hotel services and amenities to guests
  • Assist guests with their requests and solve any problems or complaints.
  • Maintain a clean and organized front desk area.
  • Process check-outs and handle payment transactions.
  • Handle guest complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner
  • Maintain a clean and organized front desk area


Candidate Requirements:

  • Fluency in Arabic and English
  • Previous experience in a customer service role preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of hotel operations and services
