Job Description

The Front Desk Agent - Arabic Speaker is responsible for delivering excellent customer service to hotel guests, primarily Arabic-speaking guests. They will greet and check-in guests, handle reservations, and provide information about hotel facilities and services. This role requires fluency in Arabic and English, strong interpersonal skills, and a friendly and professional demeanor.


Responsibilities

  • Greet guests and check them into the hotel.
  • Handle reservations and confirm bookings.
  • Provide information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions.
  • Assist guests with their requests and solve any problems or complaints.
  • Maintain a clean and organized front desk area.
  • Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate departments.
  • Process check-outs and handle payment transactions.
  • Collaborate with other hotel staff to ensure a smooth guest experience.


Requirements

  • Fluent in Arabic and English.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role is preferred.
